Thank you for supporting Color In Pretty! All of our coloring pages and products are created with love, care, and original hand-drawn illustrations. Because of the handcrafted and artistic nature of our work, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any physical or digital products, including but not limited to:

- Coloring pages and coloring sheets

- Party bundles and DIY coloring party kits

- Digital downloads

- Event services and bookings

Each product is carefully crafted and represents significant time, skill, and original illustration work. Due to this, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All illustrations, coloring pages, characters, and artwork created by Color In Pretty are the exclusive intellectual property of Color In Pretty LLC. By purchasing any product from Color In Pretty, you agree to the following:

- You may NOT reproduce, copy, resell, redistribute, or use any of our illustrations or artwork for commercial purposes.

- You may NOT sell, license, or transfer our artwork or illustrations to any third party.

- You may NOT use our illustrations to create derivative products for sale without written permission from Color In Pretty LLC.

- All products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use of our original artwork is a violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at colorinpretty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
