These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ColorInPretty.com and purchases or bookings made through Color In Pretty. By using the site, placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or booking an experience, you agree to these terms.

ABOUT COLOR IN PRETTY

Color In Pretty is a Florida-based creative business founded by illustrator Nicola Styles. We offer original Dollies coloring pages, printable products, gifts, and creative experiences for kids, adults, community groups, and private gatherings.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or booking. If you arrange an experience for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult responsible for that minor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, order, and booking information.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, availability, product descriptions, and experience details may change without notice. A submitted order or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a particular event date. We may correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions and will contact you if a correction materially affects your order. Payments are processed by third-party providers; Color In Pretty does not store your full payment-card information.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

When you purchase or download a Color In Pretty digital product, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for commercial purposes, remove ownership notices, or claim ownership of any Color In Pretty digital product. You may not use our artwork, files, product listings, images, or designs to train an artificial-intelligence system or create derivative works without written permission.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Dollies, Color In Pretty name, logos, illustrations, characters, designs, photographs, text, and other site content are original protected works owned by Color In Pretty and/or Nicola Styles unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights transfer through use of this site, a product purchase, or an event booking. You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, or create derivative work from the Dollies or other Color In Pretty artwork without written permission.

EVENTS AND REQUEST-ONLY OFFERINGS

Event availability, pricing, travel, setup, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, and any request-only add-on are confirmed only through the applicable event listing, checkout flow, written proposal, or invoice. A host or responsible adult must provide accurate event details and reasonable access to the agreed event space. Parents, guardians, and event hosts remain responsible for appropriate supervision of minors unless a written agreement states otherwise. Color In Pretty does not provide food, beverages, alcohol, catering, or venue services unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

KIDS’ PARTY TERMS

Kids’ parties require a 30% non-refundable booking retainer, with the remaining balance due 14 calendar days before the event. The cancellation, one-time rescheduling, weather, emergency, and final-guest-count rules in the Color In Pretty Return Policy are part of these Terms. A written proposal or invoice for a particular event controls if it states different terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest personal information, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS, DISCLAIMERS, AND GOVERNING LAW

Third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers, and services control their own content and policies. We work to keep site information accurate, but the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color In Pretty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, a product, or an experience. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
